Plants have always been medicine.
In my lineage, plant knowledge was passed down through women — but not just as remedies. As prayers, stories, and relationships with the Earth itself.
From spices to herbal blends and mushrooms, I use plants daily — to nourish, protect, soothe, and strengthen.
I draw from the ancestral knowledge from the Amazigh, the First People of North Africa, whom I originate from.
Keeping me in deep remembering of how to live in rhythm with the land, how to honour plants as allies, and how to listen when the Earth speaks.
Having always been curious about the world, I have explored plant culture from other countries, which I integrate in my practice.
I bring this connection to plant medicine and the spirit world in my Cacao Ceremonies, while respecting the origin of Cacao and its gentle Spirit.

This offering is a fusion of traditions — cacao from Mesoamerican lineage, and deep spiritual guidance rooted in the wisdom of my Amazigh ancestry.
We gather in ceremony with ceremonial-grade cacao to open the heart and calm the nervous system. Through breath, music, guided meditation, and channelling, I lead you into a spirit-led journey — often through the underworld, the ancestral realms, or visions unique to your path.
Cacao is a gentle but powerful teacher. It helps us soften, listen, and return to what matters most.

What is Cacao? Spirit & Science
Cacao is more than a drink — it’s a heart medicine used ceremonially for centuries across Mesoamerica. When held with intention, it opens the heart and deepens your connection to self, spirit, and community.
Physiologically, ceremonial cacao contains:
